What is Medical Massage?

Medical Massage is an outcome based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem or problems a patient presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessement/evaluation by the Medical Massage Therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment.

I have worked with patients that have come in for specific treatments due to injury from car accidents, health related issues and sports injuries.

Please let me know in advanced if you are trying to submit reimbursement claims.  I offer "Narrative Massage Reports" which may be required by your insurance company.

Each individual is different.  Treatments may take only one session or any number of sessions depending on the problem.

Please note:  Due to the nature of the different modalities that may be used for a specific outcome, you may experience discomfort for several days following your treatment.  This is normal.
